keeps calling won't stop

Calls from "Holiday Village Italia" (with a French phone number?), asks for my mother (knows her full name!!)

received call & miss call

Recording saying they were some kind of lending company trying to lower mortgaga interests rates.

asian male answers, will not answer any questions only seeks to confirm ID of who is calling them! Sneaky and creepy.

they asked whether we were behind on our mortgage payments. we were not home the many times they called before.

Asked for a relative refused any additional information, I hung up How are these people and how can I stop them bothering me

This guy that barely speaks English left several threatening voicemails on my phone, when I called him back he tried to con me into sending him money for a lawsuit....Funny thing is there is/was never a lawsuit against me. I called around about this and found out this guy is a big con and a thief working for a terrorist organization trying to use scare to tactics to get Hardworkign Americans to send them money so they can attack us again. calls 2 to 3 times a day no there when you asr. call back unable to get anyone or leave message. annoying

was not home rec several calls from the abouve number and name and also within min. a call showing on my caller ID as Out of Area. I rec 7 calls from out of area starting at 3:40 this morning the last one ending at 10:12 this morning. The out of area calls were nasty and I tried calling the one from Lois Baker msg saying can not answer so I left a msg saying the number was on my caller Id. and when I googled the number I got the info to rpt immediately.
